I'm a little nervous today. I have gone six days without weighing myself, which I think is a personal record. I've been working hard, eating right, and by all means, I should be making progress, but I have NO idea of where I stand. My bootcamp class was cancelled this morning and instead of jumping on one of the treadmills like I normally do, I decided to try out a cross country type contraption. I absolutely hated the first ten minutes and thought my knee was going to give, but between ten and thirteen minutes (I had the machine set for 45), a magical transformation occurred, and the weak knee started to improve, my legs burned less, and I noticed that on the monitor I was burning about twice as many calories as I normally do on the treadmill. Long story short, I have a new favorite machine!
