What do you suggest?

I don't know.....maybe it's because I spend so much talking to people, e-mail'ing people, texting people, and so on, but I've been having a hard time finding anything to say here. Kind of like, by the time I get to Spark, I'm out of ideas. So I'm going to ask for your ideas.

Summer time is almost upon us. We're headed into the busiest time of my year; and this year it'll be busier than ever. And as a result, harder than ever to limit my eating. I'm trying like crazy to do the right thing, but somehow, I keep blowing it. So I'm looking for suggestions:

I like salty snacks. I'm hugely carnivorous. And I eat too many meals on-the-go.

Given that information, what do you recommend?

    First, I'm glad to see you posting again! Secondly, I guess I'm just here to commiserate and see what kind of responses you get =) We are in full swing with our camping wknds (we have a camper on a seasonal spot), and with that comes snacks, cocktails, restaurant meals, etc... I'm full of good intentions that quickly run out of me as I get closer to the camper :-/.

I think we just have to make a decision that we want this weight loss success, and figure out what compromises will work. This wknd, I'm going to make a greek yogurt dip and have fresh veg for snackies. I'm also going to try and go easy on the cocktails - mixing in some seltzer waters between drinks, and I'm going to keep moving =)
