Just watched Dr. Oz and yet another fitness expert on his show. He seems like he's throwing mud on the wall--get a big handfull of information and throw it out there--some will stick to someone somewhere. He seems really fit himself. I've noticed something, though. Watching TV shows about fitness doesn't actually make any changes in MY body.
I experienced drinking a protein drink the other day that seemed to give me a lot more energy. Going to try it for supper tonight. I'm out of fresh fruit but I've got some frozen blueberries I can put in the mix. With my husband out of town, I'm struggling to cook real meals. It just seems to be pointless when I'm not cooking for someone else, too. There's tons of single SP people out there, I know. Gotta pretend I'm one of them and get serious with these healthful meals.
