Today was an okay day

The best part of the day was having my grandsons here!! I started out the day really good with a 45 min walk and my usual oatmeal with chia seeds/wheatgerm/2 walnut halves/and brown sugar. Then it was all down hill from there. I had made the best choc chip cookies a couple of days ago and just could not not have one. Then it was mashed potatoes for lunch as I was cooking for my hubby and grandson. Then it was another cookie when my daughter came over to pick up the kids, and on and on and on. One good thing is the cookies are gone and I will not be making any more of those. My husband has a real sweet tooth and has to have the sugary stuff around all the time. I wish he would want to go back on WW so we dont have any of that stuff in the house any more. It just makes it so much easier. Anyway. Tomorrow is another day and I will try again. I will be trying to stick to the food listed on my tracker as best I can without going out to the store to buy more food.
