Just read about radishes and did you know it helps with healing of the kidneys, cleaning toxins out the kidneys and it also helps with protection of the kidneys, weight loss because it aids in digestion of foods. It is very recommended to eat radishes to help with weight loss. It helps with curing many types of cancer, particularly those of colon, kidney, intestines, stomach and oral cancer. It also helps with dry skin because it is full of water. If you have a fever it helps with bringing down the temperature it relieves congestion of respiratory system including nose, throat, wind-pipe and lungs, due to cold, infection, allergies and other causes. It protects liver and gallbladder from infections and ulcers and soothes them.radish is a good appetizer, mouth and breathe freshener, laxative, regulates metabolism, improves blood circulation, is a good treatment for headache, acidity, constipation, nausea, obesity, sore throat, whooping cough, gastric problems, gallbladder stones.Have any of these problems you might try a radish! :D emoticon

    WOW now I've learned something new. I knew nothing about radishes except helping clear sinuses. And I LIKE radishes but never get them since they'd only be for me (no one else likes them). Tomorrow I buy radishes. Thank you for sharing.
