Every time I try and do right by my body all I end up doing it putting my self in bed for days with a headache. Why oh why should I keep doing any of this.
It's not like I have a lot of money to get the right food. When all you got is $275 to feed 3 adults for a month, trust me healthy stuff becomes far to pricey. Yes I am talking about fresh food.

Do you mean the exercise is getting you, or the change in diet? It is 80% nutrition, so maybe the exercise can wait until you are more ready? Even little bits at a time are helpful, it all adds up. And it only gets easier the more you do, or when you have less weight to put stress on your joints.
If you are getting headaches from change in diet, like low carbs, the good news is that it DOES pass. And then you will feel better than ever :) Getting a handle on my carbs is what has been the key to weight loss for me.
As far as eating on a budget, I have a Dutch market that is close to me, sort of like a Dent & Bent kind of store, but also lots of reasonable produce. I also hit one of my local markets early, like 7:45am to get the meat mark downs. Then I bring it home and freeze them. I freeze all kinds of things. Cheese, milk, sour cream, cream cheese, meats, veggies, yogurt, etc. I get it all on sale or clearance and then freeze it.
I try to buy everything on sale. Things go on sale about every 12 weeks, so I try to stock up enough to last me until the next sale. Some things are seasonal and only go on sale at certain times of the year.
Cooking at home really helped me to trim our budget. I just started making my own yogurt. Quick and easy! I just try to make as much from scratch that I can, freeze what I can, get everything on sale that I can.
Hope this helps! I know you can do this!!
