I was thrilled to have lost weight after high school (when I had a full time pretty physical job!) but have started gaining again since going back to college a few years ago and changing jobs (I now sit at a desk all day). I'm up 60 pounds since starting classes.
This has to stop NOW. I'm doing what I can to eat a healthier diet and noticing when I am eating because I'm hungry and when it is just out of boredom/stress/habit.
My schedule has been crazy these last few years as I have been taking full time classes and working. Toss in taking care of a house, three cats, and two dogs and there just hasn't been enough time or energy to do much else.
Starting now, that will change. I'm only doing online classes this summer and will be leaving my job before fall quarter. I will be making time for myself and getting back to the activities I enjoy.
