Making a list of changes I want to implement for the rest of the week/next few weeks and see if I notice any changes in my weight loss. I think I'll make the end date the 31st.

emoticon Replace breakfast & 1 snack with protein shake

emoticon Do not eat out/order in

emoticon Strength train 2X a week (no more trouble zones)

emoticon Follow running plan for marathon training

emoticon 10 cups of water a day

emoticon run hills/resistance running 1x week

emoticon bring lunch to work every day!

emoticon stretch often

emoticon eat every 2-3 hours

emoticon lower sodium & sugar intake

emoticon veggies and protein with every meal

emoticon Boxing 2X a week

emoticon take multivitamin and fiber every day

emoticon take calcium supplement too

So ya... trying to get my eating on track, and to stop spending money on food!! I need to get back the motivation I had 3 years ago! I want to lose this weight THIS YEAR!


emoticon 145 by June 16th (for the underwear affair)

emoticon be able to do 20 push ups

emoticon to run a 5k in 26 minutes

emoticon to be 140 by August 18th

emoticon rewards emoticon

153 - new workout top or shorts or bra
150 - new shoes
146 - new sexy lingerie
145 - new workout outfit
142 - new dress - something expensive ;)
140 - a trip & new bikini
