I have to thank you both so much! You have encouraged my family to hoop! I think the first hoop video I caught was the big birthday bash (LOVED IT) and have been tuned in since. Now my jr hoopers are outside practicing, and I am putting the computer up to go out and hoop with them! You girls are great!

Never would have thought to do any of these things with a hoop when I was a kid.

With your two instructional videos now i can see how some of the cool tricks Audrey did for the Talent show a few years ago.

We need the video "Buying your first Hoop"

This amazes me. Even when I was a kid, the only thing we did with a hope was around the waist, or the arms (little hoops for that). We would try to walk or move the hope (lasso, sort of) I'd like to get a good hoop and give it a try. Might have to ask DH. Do you think they'd have the "real" hoops at Dick's Sporting Goods? Walmart has toys only and they are sooo light. Great for kids, but not too hot for serious hooping. They tend to fall apart pretty quickly.
Hoop on, my friend!! If I get one, I will refer back to these tutorials!! I know K&K will get some really good tips for their debut!

Another great vlog, thank you! Now I need a hoop I can waist hoop with and lift to a lasso without knocking myself out! :) Cuz I learned the back lift, but then I hit myself in the head with my heavy hoop every time I lift it and attempt the lasso! NOOOO!! I can lasso a lighter hoop fine, though. I will get this! Maybe my travel Hoopnotica hoop is lighter?

I have never hula-hooped, neither do I possess a hoop, but I've just stayed up until after 12.30am watching your vlog because it's so interesting and entertaining. Perhaps, one day, when I'm feeling brave and it's not raining.... I think I'll keep an eye out for a hoop of my own.

Thank you for sharing your love of hooping with us and breaking down some of the skills into what look like simple steps!

"halo/lasso", hoopers have five names for everything?
That's an invitation for me to rename it!

(5:46 Audrey..I stilled it, you look cool in this shot, just sayin') 5:47 reminds me of ouble-dutch and I caught you using your 'super power'.
