Right now I feel terrible. I'm exhausted and I just don't feel like myself.
I've been so busy this week that I haven't worked out since last Saturday. I'm not using it as an excuse, it's simply a statement of fact. I've been on the go all week. Swamped.
And in addition to the lack of exercise, I've been stress eating. And it's getting to be really hard to motivate myself. Tomorrow doesn't look to be any better either.
