Well, just got back in from an hour walk here at work today. I haven't did a blog in a while and just wanted to write down my thoughts. I am still walking and doing some extra Wii stuff at home. And of course watching what I eat. So far, so good. I am feeling great and the pants are starting to get a little loose which is a good thing for sure. The scale has been my friend and tomorrow is the weigh in day here at work. I'll be doing the Biggest Loser until June 1st and then after that I'll just continue on at home and weigh in every week to keep things on track. I have my goal in mind for June 1st because I will have met my 10 pound goal tomorrow for sure (at least I am hoping that I do). Maybe another 3 pounds by then would be nice and be on the safe side of things.
Here is to a great weekend and a Happy Mother's Day! Going to do this for sure!
Just thought that I should take some new photos of myself and see if I look different.
