Whats for lunch?

I always have a hard time of deciding what to eat for lunch. I am lucky and can reheat anything at work so mostly I choose left overs when there are some. This brings me to my dilema...I am going on a school trip with my oldest and need to pack a lunch. I am really not wanting bread, but what else could I pack for lunch besides a sandwhich??? I am at a loss. I am trying to eat very healthy as we are planning a trip to the beach at the end of the month and would love to look amazing without my bloated belly hence the no bread...Please help! I need some suggestions. Thanks!!!

    Take some chicken (boneless) and saute with some spice the night before. Then pop in the frig. Make a fresh salad with lettuce, spinach, cucumber, carrot, and any other raw veggie that you like the next morning, add the chicken on top. Oil & vinegar in a separate container. It's a great lunch! If you have an ice pack you can add that in but it should be fine until lunch. I eat a lot of salads and add different proteins to it.

    I too can't eat gluten, soy, and corn. My tracker is open...check it out for some ideas. emoticon I do try to get creative!

    Hmmm do you like Tuna? With a pull top can? Fruits & veggie sticks. Nut butter. Nuts. Frozen yogurt? I am not thinking of much, I think my brain already went to bed for the night :) Have a great time!!
