Thanks KCWind :) It's just frustrating - 10 pounds in two months. On the other hand, I started a newish job (new role, new department, same company) about six months ago and I hate it, so I know I haven't been exercising and I have been stress eating - not to mention, stress adds pounds all on it's lonesome.
Just a reminder to get back on the exercise bandwagon, I guess. On the up side, today was the second day in a row that I did strength training exercises, so that's something! 1538 days ago
