My sister's baby is in the NICU right now, and I am really worried about him. Work is very stressful and I was let down by a colleague on a project at *almost* the final hour (and while my sister was in the hospital about to give birth--I had a lot on my mind!) and it is not going to let up until late June.
My nephew being born (and now getting sick) helped me see how inconsequential my other stressors are. That doesn't make them go away, but it does help me see past them.
I'm not turning to food for comfort, I'm still eating healthy and working in my yard--that helps keep me feeling happier.
I'm not going to post again until next week, but I'll still be tracking on paper (I'm going out of town for a couple days) and will update my logs on Sunday. Did you know? I made my food logs public so you can help keep me on the right track.
Now I have to go to work...hopefully the weather stays nice so I can go outside when I get home. I'm going to need my garden.
