I can not keep doing this up and down, up and down yoyo. Its too frustrating and depressing. I am tired of not feeling well. Hiding from the camera, because I don't like what I see!
I need something to seriously get me kick started in the right direction again.
Today, I started my Very healthy shakes that are full of nutrients, and protein and taste WONDERFUL! I will have one for breakfast and lunch, and eat a reasonable dinner, and snacks.
I like to eat my meals not drink them, but I CAN DO this!!!
I am going to make it a priority to get a workout in everyday, at least 15 min really want to get 30, but taking this in baby steps so that I will feel like I am doing something right! and have successes rather than failures.
