Fresh Start- Enough is Enough already

Thursday, May 10, 2012

I can not keep doing this up and down, up and down yoyo. Its too frustrating and depressing. I am tired of not feeling well. Hiding from the camera, because I don't like what I see!
I need something to seriously get me kick started in the right direction again.

Today, I started my Very healthy shakes that are full of nutrients, and protein and taste WONDERFUL! I will have one for breakfast and lunch, and eat a reasonable dinner, and snacks.

I like to eat my meals not drink them, but I CAN DO this!!!

I am going to make it a priority to get a workout in everyday, at least 15 min really want to get 30, but taking this in baby steps so that I will feel like I am doing something right! and have successes rather than failures.

You will do this. I know you will. You have the determination and that is going to take you where you want to go.

You can do this Tina! You have had some fantastic successes and this will be one more to carve the notch to!

I am with you on eating my meal, not drinking it. So I hope that truly works out for you. Keep us posted on that one.

I believe in you!
