Days of Summer Challenge of the Week

I have found that this challenge definitely has inspired me to do my best. I have been walking up and down the stairs more and sometimes with a full laundry basket. I have been interacting with more people on the spark site and it has been keeping me positive reading all the blogs and seeing the progress that everyone is making.

a challenge for Tuesday was Eat at the table, not in front of the TV/computer. Last night I thought about that and the bad habit it reinforces. I sat in the kitchen with my husband and we chatted while eating salad. I had every intention of making polenta but left work 1/2 hour late, train was at least 1/2 hour late so arrived home almost at 8PM. I did not want to go to the grocery store that late and then come home to cook.

I didn't even turn the TV on in the living room and spent a few minutes with one of our cats on my lap reading.
