Almost 2 years since I blogged here.

So much has changed since my last blog in 2010. In June of 2011 we moved from GA to northern Maine and then in December 2011 (yes the same year) we moved again to upstate NY. Our daughter has married and one of our son's has graduated from college. We have 1 child left at home now and I am starting to feel the pangs of the empty nest syndrome. I have added on the weight especially in the past 8 months. The past 2 months I have been going to the gym regularly and for the first time in 20 years since I have been heavy I can really see a change in my body. Exercising is the key. Who would have thunk it?? Well that's it for now, I just wanted to check in and update :)

    Hey... I didn't reallize you moved to Maine. We go there every year now...and are headed up on June 26th this year for 3 weeks. Lincoln area... but you are in NY! Good to see you... I've been missing in action as well and trying to get back. Good luck! Check in more often!

    You've done quite a bit over the last couple of years, I'm glad to see you've made it back on, yes it does take fitness and it's amazing when you can see the changes!
