I went to see my nutritionist yesterday. I haven't been eating well at all, it's been fast food mania with me. We did a weigh in. Three weeks ago, according to her scale, I was at 227. Yesterday I was at 235. Feels terrible.
No more messing around. I'm going in cold turkey, no easing into all of this. It may sound like I'm setting myself up for failure, but I've done this before and lost about 20 lbs. I can do this again.
No more pop.
No eating out alone, and if I do eat out with friends I will watch my portions and choose healthier options.
Track everything I eat.
Start exercising more.
What are some other changes you think I should do?
