I've been obsessing over the scale way too much this week. Everyday I've been checking my weight, despite having promised myself I'd only check it on Saturdays.
Having really really worked out hard in aerobics everyday I keep expecting my weight to go down a bit...but it is the same every morning. I've varied my routine up lately. I really hope this isn't the infamous plateau.
I really want to get my weight down to a point where I am more comfortable. *sigh*
I'll admit it is getting me down a bit. I've been working SO hard lately.
