All my healthier choices. I have recently gave up eggs for egg whites. I was kinda terrified of egg whites. No idea why. But I have been eating them with Bell Peppers. Delicious.
Asparagus. I am so glad it is good for me. In our new place I have so much asparagus growing I can barely keep up with it. So I love it with everything! With my egg white in my salad. In my salads I also put cucumbers and a pinch of Mozzarella cheese. I love it. Plus Bell Peppers or Banana Peppers.
My pasta have been decorating with Onions and Asparagus. I don't eat pasta alot but when I do. It is going to be as healthy as possible.
What do you guys eat? I want to try some more overwhelming healthy options. My body is taking a strict no fat diet at the moment, Not by my choose but its choice, lol. I already don't eat greasy things, Pop, or any fast food but subway. Haven't for more than a year.
Today I have 5 kiddos. My two (3 and 2), My friends (5 and 2) Have had them for 3 days. She went in to have surgery to get breast reconstruction after having both taken away last year due to breast cancer. I am excited for her. Then one of the kids I babysit for is 1 turning 2 :) I'll exercise at naptime. I am glad they all get along though...or this day would be bad lol
