Big relevation

It has been ages since I stepped on the scale. I was afraid! This morning I was forced on because ofnanfitness evaluation. And it was a big shock! 151 pounds! I never weighed that much in my life considering I am only five feet tall! I thought I gained weight for the past half a year but didn't expected to be that much!
Now a new start! I am going to eat healthy, exercise, and track my weight weekly!

    Sorry to hear about the weight gain. How about non-exercise activity? Like if you have a desk job, then get a stand up desk. See my page. I don't think exercise works unless you have the personality for it. Most people don't. That's why any promises or goals will always end in failure. But non-exercise is for everybody, like if you have to park your car 100 yards away, you'll walk that 100 yards every time. No ifs ands or buts. No chance if you say you will go out and walk 100 yards for an exercise. You won't do it. Or you'll do it for a period of time and then quit. It's not your fault. Good luck.
