Day 16

Although yesterday I stayed under on my calories, the calories I did eat were jsut terrible.

I did good all day then when I got home from work and grocery store it was dinner time, I made chili cheese dogs for my bf and daughter cause thats what they wanted, and I ate one, now it was only 400 calories and I haf plenty of calories left for the day... but thats not the point I could have eaten something that was good for me, like peanut butter, whole grain bread, et cetera....

I ALSO have not walked in 2 days now... so tonight after work I dont care how much I dont feel like it I am getting my big butt up and walking. wnd of story I gotta stop this lazy crap... this is the reason I always start to do so well then just get into a slump....

I hate myself when I am like this, I like the motivated gung ho lets do this Brandi, not the Poor me I worked all day and Im too tired Brandi... that Brandi has to go... SHES FIRED

Lets hope for a better day today my quote of the day (that isnt ever going to actually be daily, is next to come)

Come on gung ho Brandi! Dust yourself off and keep on going. You are worth it. Sure gets hard sometimes, I know. I was doing great the on monday had a TIA episode. Boy was it crazy and scary! Kinda like a warning of a stroke or something. Crazy that it happened now that I am eating right and moving my behind! lol I am fgeel ing better but still kinda unsteady on my feet so my walks are put on the back burner for a few days but I WILL leep on going. We are worth the effort it takes to get us healthy! You go girl! emoticon

Me too, I am with you....I have been struggling for months to stay on track, I do for a few days or weeks,, and then I fall off. I had a sprained ankle and blamed it on that.. I have got to stop blaming and just do it...good luck to us!! "Most people don't change until the pain of staying the same is greater than the pain of changing." emoticon
