Today I woke to day 4 after 3 hours (245 am ) of sleep and though my eyes were puffy I felt a bit refreshed.. I have to say I felt BETTER than when I was sleeping around 9hours a night! It is 541am and i am still feeling motivated.
I'm stopping in here to say "Hi!" While I get my Itunes a playing :D Music really helps me keep going. If I turn on the TV I want to veg out and well pass out. If I start my itunes I'm up and cleaning and being productive.
Thanks to the fly lady methods I am able to stay on top of things and not wear myself out and therefore triggering a major flare.
Speaking of I'm still more or less flare free. My body aches which is normal and my joints are swollen ... but I can move and I am thankful for that.
Well, now on to getting some things done.
Ok Still on Day 4, It is now almost 7:30PM and I MUST say today has been a success!
Nap time had to be moved up slightly to take my daughter to the dentist (no cavities YEA!)
My nap went well. I fell asleep easily and I woke easily too!. I woke just a bit before the alarm and got up and felt rested. I did begin to feel a bit tired around 6 but since my daughter had swimming at the YMCA I decided to join an express group class while I was waiting and I definitely feel a but of a jump start.
This is now my evening time and I am trying to take it easy, relax, and begin to wind down. Hoping to get to bed a bit early tonight and get around 4.5 hours of sleep instead of just 3.

I've rebooted my laundry. Now I am going to give the kitchen some special attention and get my guinea pigs cage cleaned before I wake my daughter in 2 hours.
mmmmmmmmm--- it really is nice having this extra time and having some of it to myself to clean ... or blog... before the rest of the house is awake makes it even better. I really do have my hopes up that my body can adjust to this sleep schedule.
