Accountability Blog for May 9/12

Food: I didn't think today. I didn't measure. I didn't eat any bad things but then again I may have eaten too many good things which when you are trying to lose weight is bad. Bottom line is I just don't know so probably way over.

Exercise: Yesterday was Day 2 of Week 4 of C25k. I got up yesterday and I was tired. I actually layed down a short time later and had a nap which I never do. That is my high energy time. Did not feel lke doing C25K and then a friend posted she was suffering from procrastination and I said put one foot forward and leave it behind. Then I said now you do it fool. I got it done but it was hard. I was way too tired.I basically came in and sat for the rest of the day. My chest was sore and I took a shot of nitro and I rested. Haven't done that in a long time. I haven't taken a day off for a while. Between the exercise and the working on the yard I have been going pretty good. Maybe too good. Thursday is a day of rest. I may go for a walk but that is it and I will see how I feel.

Reading: Younger Next Year. Didn't get into the book at all.

Well it could have been a worse day. I have to remember it has only been 6 months and not 6 years I have been doing this. My best friends on this site are people who have been doing this for a time and to me they excel and I want what they have so badly. I have to remember they have been at it for a much longer time. This is a journey not a race. Repeat that!!!!

    Hey don't push your self if your body is telling you something.. I know that is easy to confuse what the body is saying or what the mind is saying but I think you know the diffrence..
if the body says hey.. I am tired I need a rest.. then yes it needs a rest.. like today in bodypump.. knew it was a day NOT to push yes to do but not to push.. body was talking

now the mind.. that is more powerful. and yes sometimes it talks louder then the body.. but I think we are able to listen or not to listen.. either way. the more we practice something the better we are..

take it easy my friend.. Your making it happen
