Food: I didn't think today. I didn't measure. I didn't eat any bad things but then again I may have eaten too many good things which when you are trying to lose weight is bad. Bottom line is I just don't know so probably way over.
Exercise: Yesterday was Day 2 of Week 4 of C25k. I got up yesterday and I was tired. I actually layed down a short time later and had a nap which I never do. That is my high energy time. Did not feel lke doing C25K and then a friend posted she was suffering from procrastination and I said put one foot forward and leave it behind. Then I said now you do it fool. I got it done but it was hard. I was way too tired.I basically came in and sat for the rest of the day. My chest was sore and I took a shot of nitro and I rested. Haven't done that in a long time. I haven't taken a day off for a while. Between the exercise and the working on the yard I have been going pretty good. Maybe too good. Thursday is a day of rest. I may go for a walk but that is it and I will see how I feel.
Reading: Younger Next Year. Didn't get into the book at all.
Well it could have been a worse day. I have to remember it has only been 6 months and not 6 years I have been doing this. My best friends on this site are people who have been doing this for a time and to me they excel and I want what they have so badly. I have to remember they have been at it for a much longer time. This is a journey not a race. Repeat that!!!!
