Another good day. This morning I had a pre work out snack and a post workout snack prepared, and it worked out just lovely. Crossfit went really well. The trainer today was super helpful and nice. I feel like I got a lot out of my workout.
One problem I'm running into is keeping up my energy. If its been a while since I've eaten my energy really starts to dwindle. I mostly notice this in the afternoon. For example tonight when I went to walk the dogs I ended up tripping on a crack in the side walk and fell right on the ground. I wasn't hurt but I was just so beat, and then afterwards I ate dinner and now I feel great again.... I'm sort of lost for how to fix this. I suppose I will ask my trainer tomorrow and see what he/she thinks. Onto the report.

FOOD:
3 egg whites
turkey sausage
1 apple
salmon
acorn squash
spaghetti
red sauce w/ ground beef
1/2 kiwi fruit
1% milk
whey protein
raisins
nut clusters

EXERCISE:
Crossfit for a little over an hour.
Walked the dogs two miles.

I will sleep well tonight! :)
