Aiming for 130

If I had stayed on track, I should be 159 right now. But I went to Philly for a 5-day weekend to visit my best friend and her baby. And ate out a bunch. And didn't work out at all. Except for all of the walking. We walked so much that I refused to do anything the last day because my feet and legs were killing me.

Now I'm at 162, and my goal is to get to 130 by Dec. 27. I've decided to work out every day for 60 minutes, just to see if I can keep a promise to myself. Only have gone 4 days so far, but I haven't missed a day yet. I am aiming for 365 days straight.

Also, I really want to cut down how much we eat out. Time to eat at home. I can't afford all this fast food.

Finally, I'm going to be focusing on my core with my strength training. I think that my tummy muscles are my main priority right now.

I think that getting down into the 150's will really help me feel happier.
