"Viking Warrior(ess)" Workout! I Survived Another!

We were a full class for 30 solid mins of Viking Warrior lifts tonight!
15 seconds of 6-8 two-arm kettlebell lifts, followed by 15 sec Rest. Do that SIXTY (60) times. OK, so maybe I rested on about 5 of those reps?!! This is swinging & lifting the kettlebell STRAIGHT UP over your head, so if you're feeling tired or woozy, you take a short break. With kbells, SAFETY FIRST.
Didn't manage to leave work in time to get to class #1, but I was there in plenty of time for intermediate class 2!
Going to try to make another kbell class tomorrow night! Same time, same station!! ; ) WOO HOO!!!!
