Lift my body wieght for strength? :)

One of the challenges on the Wildflowerr team was to use your body weight for strength exercise. emoticon But what was I going to do.
I started with a couple of planks, then emoticon
Side plank on each side.
Squats (that's really a weight lifting exercise for me)
Bicycle crunchs emoticon
One hand row
Chair Leg lifts
Tricept Dips while I am there.
Calf raises and
Wall push ups to finish a 15 minute circuit routine.
Will see how sore that I am tomorrow before determining continued "weight lifting". emoticon
