3 out of 5 stars. Star for staying within range for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Honorable mention for not getting chips with my lunch or a hot dog.
I'm shocked that a hamburger has 700+ calories in it! Maybe I shouldn't be after eating Sonic's yesterday but I thought the bacon, texas toast, and bbq sauce (fancy burger) and being fast food and having unnecessary crud added was the reason for that. wow.
Scratch that. Sparkpeople thinks 275 calories, including the bun, and that just makes more sense. Why would 1 piece of meat have 700 calories?! So, deducting 400 (deduction music here)= 1933 calories, which is within my goal range. Whoo-hoo!!!!!!!!!!!! I also get another star for the day. Yipee!!!!!! Uh. I can I go for 6 stars per day: breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack, over all total, and exercise.... but no, I'll leave it as is for now.
Day 2 and still doing it. 28 days to go.
