Since it was raining, I worked out to the Biggest Loser dvd. Actually the first Power Mile walk was great! (Better than the one I did yesterday.) My heart rate was up, I was winded and tired when I finished (a good tired!) I did Walk Away the Pounds for the 2nd mile.
Breakfast – Special K Dark Chocolate Shake
Lunch – Weight Watchers Pepperoni Pizza minis, greens, apple
Snack – Cashew Pretzel bar
Dinner – Healthy Choice Sundried Tomatoes & Chicken Alfredo (it included 1 serving of broccoli), pineapples
Snack – GNC Swiss Chocolate Shake, celery sticks w/ salsa
I'm good and tired and on my way to bed! (Of course by going to bed this early I will be up at 3am.)
