After nearly 3 weeks of dealing with back pain, no exercise and spoty adherence to my food plan, I have managed 3 days in a row of planned eating and 40 minutes of cardio.

I plan to add 10 more minutes to next three days cardio.

I'm on my way back! emoticon

    Bravo! I think "time off for bad behaviour" is compulsory on a life stretch like ours. It will help us refocus and spur us on for the next milestone.
    We need to do this, even if it is just one step at a time.
