My muscles and I have a love/hate relationship!

Wednesday, May 09, 2012

So today was W1D1 of Les Mills PUMP! I am literally still shaking from the beating my muscles just took! Today was PUMP Challenge and yes it challenged me physically and mentally. There were several times I had to slow down or skip a rep set, but I picked right back up and finished strong! I can see progress in myself just after this first work out, not physically, but mentally! At any other time I would have had the negative I can't do this, or I can always just start over tomorrow running through my head, but it wasn't like that today!

I am hell bent on being consistent and earning my Les Mills t-shirt at the end of my 90 days! I am already planning to get a set of SelectTechs and give my Chalene Extreme a go after this 90 days! It is also a 90 day program.

Is it bad that I am glad tomorrow is a rest day?!?!?! Ha

Wooo!! W2G girlie!! Sorry I'm late on this blog. Also, look for your Shoutout Saturday Video this saturday. I was going to do it this past, but mothers day got the best of me (had to be at parents house all day saturday, and all day sunday) lol. But, congrats on the workout, and I'm sure you'll do awesome!!

Congrats! I have never heard of Les Mill's Pump. Just checked it out and think you may have sold me on something new. Looks fun and painful, two things that are appealing to me more and more:)

All the best with the progra.! You WILL get that t-shirt!!!

I love Les Mills!! They don't have classes anywhere near me yet, so I guess I'm still stuck with the super short Nestle versions :p

    Have fun, and enjoy!!
