I got back to my workout routine today, well sorta. Im day 1 of recovering from the entire family being sick, I had the bonus of being an adult female and a killer 4 day migraine. So glad that is over! I am positive I am not 100% but in comparison I feel fantastic! Since I am keeping everything down Ive been back to hydrating, supplementing, juicing, and my workout. The workout lacked luster but I got through it. Id planned for a run this morning but DH has decided to take his time getting home, hopefully tonight I can get away from mommy duty to get my run on!
I'm happy that I've had no weight gain, no loss but no gain and my stomach is beginning to flatten and tone, which means it is finally catching up to the rest of my body! This is super great news for me, as this has been a trouble area.
I am extremely proud of the healthy, fit body I will be bringing back to Cali with me :] Not just because I am not embarrassingly overweight but for my close friends and family. They know that my weight and health correlates with my happiness and how well I am handling stresses. It will be less for them to worry about over me, despite whatever conflicts I've gone through 1800 miles away I am doing okay, I am healthy, I am happy. Because I really am and dont want them to believe or worry otherwise. Getting healthy hasn't been my key to happiness, but finding the key to happiness resulted in me getting healthy.
