I've been unhappy with my workouts for a while. I've been going to the same couple of classes for two or so years now. I either skip and feel guilty or force myself to go but don't enjoy it the way I used to. No surprise, I've steadily gained weight over the past few months.
I got to thinking (can you smell the smoke?) It is my responsibility to work out and if this isn't working anymore, then it is time for a change. So I ordered Jillian Michaels Body Revolution program. It is a 15 DVD, 90 day program and it is on its way to me as I type.
I'm really excited and am going to try to chronicle my journey with you guys!
