This is what's great about TAKING OFF a day or two -or three- between kettlebell classes.
When you come back, you're really ready for more k-bell action. LOL!
I find WALKING plus my (Air Kicks) rebound boots plus kettlebells to be a really nice workout combination for me. I adjust each to be HEAVIER, or to be lighter. This keeps my body & metabolism 'guessing', not knowing exactly WHAT to expect!
Tonight: Workout #1 is lighter, and w.o. #2 more demanding.
Afterward I'll have some protein - like a HALF-bottle regular Muscle Milk; then go home & have my big salad (~ very, very, very light on simple, homemade dressing!). I mean "big" in the sense of a whole lot of leafy greens.
