It is just the Costochondritis is being a royal pain in the chest at the moment, and I can barely breathe without it hurting.
Sometimes you just want to primal scream to get the angst the pain causes out of your system.
It has been a rotten 24 hours. I am used to a constant low level of Costo now. I barely get a break at all these days, but the low level, you kind of get used to.
Right now though, I could rip myself to pieces. *sigh*
Changing the subject (while I can still type), I found a 6 Second Abs machine at my local RSPCA charity shop for £2.00 last week. I was very excited, even telling the shop assistant that I planned to be ripped by the summer using it! LOL
I brought it home, and tried it out. What a disappointment! It is so uncomfortable to use! I took it back today. Told them it works fine, and there is info online about how to use it, but it just didn't work for me and I'd rather they have it back to sell again than have it at home gathering dust. To be honest, I don't think it is even worth £2.00, and they advocate a 1200 calorie diet on the website too, which smacks of starvation! All in all a bad idea!
Now tell me one of you has it, loves it and thinks I'm crazy for donating it back! LOL
I am very excited because I found Exerbeat for Wii at Play.com, and as we are finally dipping our toes in the murky *ahem cough cough* world of online buying, it seemed a great choice to buy, as I have never seen it locally. I already ordered and received the first season on DVD of The Golden Girls. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the Golden Girls! I'm Dorothy, in case you're wondering. :-)
I hope that Exerbeat will arrive tomorrow.
I've joined the Sparkpeople Exerbeat Team in readiness. :-)
Woohoo! I just hope I feel a bit better tomorrow!
Enjoy your day. It is getting mighty soggy here again.
