Can I just have a wee primal scream please?

Wednesday, May 09, 2012

Sorry guys.

It is just the Costochondritis is being a royal pain in the chest at the moment, and I can barely breathe without it hurting.

Sometimes you just want to primal scream to get the angst the pain causes out of your system.

It has been a rotten 24 hours. I am used to a constant low level of Costo now. I barely get a break at all these days, but the low level, you kind of get used to.

Right now though, I could rip myself to pieces. *sigh*

Changing the subject (while I can still type), I found a 6 Second Abs machine at my local RSPCA charity shop for 2.00 last week. I was very excited, even telling the shop assistant that I planned to be ripped by the summer using it! LOL

I brought it home, and tried it out. What a disappointment! It is so uncomfortable to use! I took it back today. Told them it works fine, and there is info online about how to use it, but it just didn't work for me and I'd rather they have it back to sell again than have it at home gathering dust. To be honest, I don't think it is even worth 2.00, and they advocate a 1200 calorie diet on the website too, which smacks of starvation! All in all a bad idea!

Now tell me one of you has it, loves it and thinks I'm crazy for donating it back! LOL

I am very excited because I found Exerbeat for Wii at, and as we are finally dipping our toes in the murky *ahem cough cough* world of online buying, it seemed a great choice to buy, as I have never seen it locally. I already ordered and received the first season on DVD of The Golden Girls. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the Golden Girls! I'm Dorothy, in case you're wondering. :-)

I hope that Exerbeat will arrive tomorrow.

I've joined the Sparkpeople Exerbeat Team in readiness. :-)

Woohoo! I just hope I feel a bit better tomorrow!

Enjoy your day. It is getting mighty soggy here again.

Sorry to hear about the pain.

I hope you find a way to make it better, or at least to find some distraction from it.

Sorry you are having such a painful time. SCREAM,,,,,,, hopes it helps to share. This wet and dismal weather does not help. I have wasted plenty money over the years on novelty items so 2 not bad and you did donate it back.
Hope your exerbeat is good and I am a big fan of on-line shopping I have done it for years without any problems

I hope you enjoy Exerbeat when it arrives. I bet you will!

Love the 'How A Dog's Brain Works' flow chart. So true about the puke it up, re-eat it. ROFL

So very sorry you are in such pain :(( Hope it eases soon!
Shame the ab thing didn't work out for you. You really don't need some fancy gadget to work your abs, Sparks has all kinds of videos on working them, some of which I even do!
Don't know what exerbeat is, but I hope you feel up to enjoying it by the time it arrives there!
