Stop Blaming Yourself

You know, people who are overweight end up facing a lot of guilt and blame for being fat. What you've got to remember is that a lot of corporate money gets spent to encourage us to be this way, and to discourage us from changing. I think that a lot of us who are overweight are just more sensitive to social cues, and it leaves us more open to this stuff.
