Today i woke up feeling sooo good. Better than i have in a long time. I can def tell that me eating healthier has caused me not to feel sluggish anymore and its easier for me to wake up at 4 in the morning and make my family breakfast. One thing i keep having a problem with is actually hitting my calorie goal. I find my self always around 100 calories short. So now im going to add in a additional 100 calorie snack for on my way home. Thats the time i go the longest without eating. Between lunch and dinner.
Im doing great in consuming my water which took me a long time to begin drinking regularly woot woot!. So today is a good day and its almost friday yaaay!!
