So, I met with a personal trainer for my free training session last night. After going over my goals, he told me I had to hop on the scale. EEEEEEK! The terror was there and I could have easily run. I womaned up though and climbed on. My 'magic power' is still spot on. I was 3 lbs off what I thought my weight was. The ugly truth is I'm at 37 on my fat %. My BMI is 27. I have miles to go before I sleep. He had me warm up on an industrial treadmill. What a difference from the one I have at home. It has a huge incline that can help me train to be a better hiker. He then took me through a quick workout that he suggests I do do 3 repetitions of rather than the 1 we did together. Hahahaha - the 1 time has me sore enough this morning. The great thing is the workout is easy to remember and will work all my major muscles.
I was once again comical doing my Spring Challenge video yesterday. I can't touch the floor when I lunge and the kick thing? Mercy! What a sight I must be. I'm doing my best to use the best form I can manage. I'm pretty sure Coach Nicole would reprimand me if she could see me though.
Another gorgeous day has dawned and I'm off on my walk before it gets too hot outside. Happy Hump Day!
