Taking Extra Measures...

... as in Meaurements. Be sure to take extra measurements!!

I take a few, the main ones. And they werent moving. The scale wasnt moving. But I felt like things were changing. People were starting to notice. But still there was that doubt if anything was working.

So I mixed things up last week, and on Monday I took extra measurements from various places. Well today, I had a weigh in for one of my challenges. 3.5 pounds gone from a week ago!! emoticon And I thought well just for giggles I will take my measurements also. A total of 6.5 inches gone from the places that I measure!!

So be sure to Take Extra Measures!!

    Good job. I am too lazy to do measurements, but I have noticed when my pants get baggie in the back. LOL ! WTG on your successes! Keep up the good work!

    WOOHOOOOOO !! I could tell from ur blogs how WELL YOU WERE doing !! Never evah have DOUBTS on how well you are DOIN !!!! Just keep doing the BEST YOU CAN !! Thats all you can DO !!!! The rest of it DOES FALL Into place !!!

The secret is to track, excerise (moderation, not more than 120 a day unless ur USED TO IT !) and drink that water ! It WORKS ! WOHOOOOO SO PROUD of the WONDERFUL JOB you have been at !!

    Definitely lots of measurements (or as someone else mentioned - pictures in multiple poses). We can lose fat in places like our feet, neck, forearm, and more that won't show up if all we measured was our waist and hips.

    Yep - really important to track the non-scale changes. Body comp is a better measure of healthfulness than the scale or BMI.
