So far this week has been good for me hitting my calorie range each day. The rest of week may be a little tough as my daughter's birthday is tomorrow, mine is Saturday, and Mother's day is Sunday. The good thing is I do all the cooking and we will only have 1 cake to celebrate the 3 days
. I am also thinking about adding a fitness dvd to my workout plan 1 day a week for starters. I miss my Leslie Sanone walk dvds because I am not coordinated, but I have 3 different dvds brand new that I bought and then was scared to try. I will start with 1 for 1 day a week beginning next week. I will work my way up to more days a week but don't want to over do it and get burnt out. Also I spent the day yesterday browsing recipes on here and am anxious to make some of them. I think this will also help me eat healthier with less work because they are healthy recipes with all the calories listed. It will also keep me from getting bored with eating the same food over and over. It's going to be a process with lots of trial and errors but I would like to eventually make myself a cookbook with all the recipes I find on here to make on a daily basis and create my own meal planner based on the recipes I like from here. So I am excited to get started on those plans. A lot of the breakfast recipes are made in bulk and freeze well so that's a plus. The more bulk cooking I can do the less time I will spend thinking about food. This week I also plan on making the switch to whole wheat bread. So those are a few of my upcoming plans on my road to living healthy and getting my spark back
