Ok here's the deal. I stopped smoking 9 months ago and since then I've gained about 40-ish (prob more idk) nights are my worst for cravings. Yes I still crave my smokes. So instead I eat a bowl of cereal or whatever to make me feel that satisfaction. I'm trying not to do it but I still find myself in the fridge late at night even though I'm not even hungry. Tomorrow I'm going to guy a butt load of gum and hope that this will satisfy my night cravings. I'm feeling better everyday about my eating habits. Last night I had some yummy broiled fish and a salad. I haven't started exercising as much as I want but I'm still working on that.
