I'm thankful for my yoga students and my new job and for the cooler weather this week, (80 days, 60 nights)
Yesterday I was feeling a little better than Monday, I think the early to bed helped.
On Monday, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, I teach yoga after my full time job, so that is an additional challenge. And I want to be up running at 5 a.m. So far, I've just managed to be up at 5 a.m., not running yet.
Yesterday one of my yoga students kept tensing up and not breathing, so we stopped the flow, and sat down and went through the regular breathing and then the ujahi breathing, and I reminded them the importance of breath and to slow down and breathe. Lessons for life. If you can't breathe, slow down and get that basic breath right and then continue.

l-green curry (paleo friendly, no rice, gluten, etc)
