Grrr. I'm annoyed. I did really, really well this week. I logged every single thing that went into my mouth (and only went over my calories on one day). I drank at least four liters of water everyday. I did at least 10 minutes of activity everyday. I expected something more than half a pound. What is it with me and these fractions of a pound? Is that just the stage my body is at? Is it going to be half pounds from here on out? Or is it the fact that I am mega crazy stressed out right now and regardless of the work I'm putting in, my body is holding onto weight because of that?

Oh well. At least I'm moving in the right direction. Bah.

    You're doing great. If you stick with it, you'll see bigger losses in the weeks to come. Remember that you're going in the right direction! All those "little" losses add up!

    DON'T beat yourself up! This is a half pound in the right direction! I know we are always saying it, but start believing that the scale is not the know-all in this relationship. I am avoiding the scale for this very reason. When you are confident that you are moving, eating and drinking what's right for you, then just keep taking each day as it is given to you. I am reading The Spark and am understanding more and more the benefits of positive thinking. Is there some way to unload that stress? Delegate anything? Why not try adding a new 5 minute video to kick that plateau in the butt? Keep us posted, 'cause I KNOW you are going to get over this hurdle and the weight WILL come off!

    Say a prayer to the scale gods - I swear they weigh in with me -
Keep the focus!

This week for me-
5/6 servings of veggies and/or fruits per day.
Extra water = 8 glasses plus
Green Tea - instead of afternoon coffee (hold the crumpets)
