i had a great workout this morning and had a mini shopping trip with my mother.

i made the mistake of trying on jeans and well , i have jeans from this brand and they fit but this specific fit , didnt fit.

not sad just gonna work harder thats all

head hurts a little but i know its because i really didnt drink my water intake today but there are still hours in the night and i can get it in .

did costco shopping today and picked up veggies and fruit .

really loving this switch to a healthier lifestyle .. lifestyle not a diet .

loving my vi - shakes and loving going on this routine . its nice to have my days planned out with a little bit of room to play out .

tomorrow is a farmers market im not sure im going to go but im pretty sure i might go ..

i was on the look out for a glass pitcher with a lid and i had the hardest time finding it . my mother went to ross and she picked up 2 50oz pitchers. love the mama shes awesome
