Week 1 - Again

Last week was a success as far as
adding more veggies and fruits
drinking more water
working out at the Gym, walking and lift weights
I am also replaced some bad foods with good foods
but I haven't thrown out everything that I like.
I need to control it better.
I am not stepping on the scale yet, I might even wait a month.
I think this will go better with my want of a life style change and not a weightloss plan.
I am off to a great start this week,
