GREAT DAY!!!
Today my attitude was on point and the day went really well. Crossfit was way better and I feel like I did my workout with all the effort one should put in to get something out. My food choices were a little off but I wasn't over my calories quite as bad as yesterday. So I'm including my food in the great day as well.
As far as my soreness goes I believe my body has resigned to the fact that yes this working out business is going to continue. Today there was a truce where I could still tell a person where every muscle is on my body but I could also sit down without wanting to cry. :) I'm very pleased. And as a side note I looked in the mirror while I was getting ready and my hiney seemed a wee bit higher than normal...I think the lunges and squats are paying off... at least in my head.
And I'm fairly certain that tomorrow will be even better! (but I'm trying to manage my expectations in case its worse lol but i think it will be better)
FOOD:
3 egg whites
turkey sausage
1% milk
whey protein
arby's roast beef sandwich
mozzarella sticks
2 bananas
strawberries
home oatmeal cookie dipped on one side in chocolate... worth it. :)
EXERCISE:
wonderful and difficult Crossfit session
2 mile dog stroll (the dogs weren't in a hurry tonight)
