Well I just keep pigging out on chocolate lately. It seems like every day there is some kind of calorie bomb being offered. It is very hard to resist when it's right in front of you. On a positive note, usually fruit is also offered. I'm tracking every bite, so that's half the battle. On a positive note I have been exercising regularly, so the net effect is I haven't gained or lost. It's not a bad thing considering I can't do any major cardio right now. I was looking over my charts and saw my biggest weight loss times were when I was running a lot. So when my doc clears me for running again I will focus on loosing weight again. I the meantime I need to work on consistency in my diet so I maintain what I've lost so far.
