Food blog...

I feel like I am gaining weight. I have not been to TOPS in three weeks, I miss it! I feel overwhelmed and anxious to NOT go backwards. I haven't even hit my goal yet! I will food blog as much as possible. I saw my doctor today for my insomnia issues and he basically prescribed me everyday exercise. I need to get up really early and do this but with all my sleeping issues it's so difficult. But I know once I'm in the regular habit it will really help.

Food blog

Two eggs straight from farm
Banana
Green salad with almonds, smoked trout, veggies
Nonfat Greek yogurt with tsp. Raw honey
10 pc sushi
2 ounces salted dark chocolate bark with toasted coconut (I made this, divine)
Coffee, green tea. LOTS of water

The only bad part of today is my missing green smoothies :(. First day I have not had one in weeks.

    I gotta check out this coconut water. Does it have carbs, sugar?

Logging your food really helps. This is something I constantly need to remind myself! I love TOPS, I belonged to a group years ago. I still remember the TOPS pledge and it still rings true for me!

    I just added a green smoothie! IT was delicious! Arugula, celery, berries, green apple, coconut water
