Ok, so today is Day 6 of some serious dieting for me. I've got my eye on my step sons graduation the end of this month and my husbands birthday. I won't be at goal but I can be much better.
We took my mother in law out for an early mothers day dinner and I hoped we were not doing Olive Garden but that was the choice. I had some help from a friend that looked at the menu and came up with a plan ahead of time of what I'd eat. I was full when I left and feel great knowing I'm STILL moving in the direction of my goals. Just wanted to share, incase you have a place you know you are going that seems impossible to stay on plan... to let you know...with planning and commitment..it can be done!
Who is with me? No more excuses... What do we want most?
